Our stay at the hotel was absolutely mind-blowing! The exceptional kindness and sincere hospitality of Butler Vikky made our stay incredibly wonderful. We didn't need to worry about anything as she took care of everything with such initiative. The view from our suite and the facilities provided were absolutely jaw-dropping, especially the rooftop pool and the evening cocktails at the 27th and 28th floor. The staff couldn't have been more attentive and the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. The free shuttle service to the nearby shopping center and BTS station was a super convenient amenity. We were treated like VIPs from the moment we arrived, with free champagne, roses, and daily cakes delivered to our room, as we had informed them about our 'mini moon'. The food and drinks in the restaurants were incredibly pleasant, especially the outstanding fine dining experience on the rooftop. The suite itself was incredibly spacious, luxurious, and comfortable, with the most comfortable bed we've ever had in a hotel. The hotel also offered many complimentary services for suite guests, including access to the lounge, cocktail happy hour, transfers to the mall, fitness facilities. We were blown away by the beautiful design and artwork throughout the lobby and restaurant. we couldn't fault the hotel in any way. It truly provided us with the most amazing and unforgettable experience.

During my Xmas holiday, I stayed at a hotel with great amenities including a delicious breakfast and a friendly staff. The hotel's location was great since it was a short distance away from local restaurants and shopping centers. The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay.

This venue is the epitome of luxury. We opted for a suite and were blown away. The rooftop bar and infinity pool were breathtaking. The staff were polite and attentive. The a la carte breakfast was scrumptious, served till 11 am. The lounge offered a delightful dinner.

We encountered some mosquito issues but it was not a big problem. My partner found the pillows too soft, but we were provided with new ones.

The hotel is located down a busy area of the city, making it hard to find taxis or Grab. However, the restaurants in the hotel are outstanding and offer a great selection of local and organic produce. If you do manage to get a taxi, you can be at the nearby EmQuartier shopping centre in no time. The room is luxurious and comes with all the necessary amenities you would expect from a high-end hotel, including a spacious bathroom and stunning views of the city skyline.

Loved chilling on the spacious balcony with awesome views and rocking chairs. The Baan Borneo Club had yumtastic breakfast and afternoon tea, and the Nimitr restaurant served lip-smacking pan-Asian cuisine. Convenient free shuttle service to shopping.

Spent an awesome weekend at a luxury hotel with my partner. It had a great rooftop pool with an amazing view and the room was impeccable with a comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. Plus, it had a convenient location close to several restaurants and shopping centers.

The only negative was the lack of Thai food at the hotel's restaurant. We were hoping to try some local dishes during our stay but had to venture out to find them. This was a bit disappointing since we had heard such great things about the restaurant.
